Kontrapunkt wants to be so much more than an exhibition of a group of people and their
projects. For us, it has established itself as a natural place for collaborative practises based on
shared responsibilities and collective decision-making. We soon realised that these processes
were just as much part of the concept of what kontrapunkt is: allowing other voices a space,
being able to take control but also to relinquish it as necessary, playing on each other’s
strengths and understanding our own weaknesses, without judgment and for the benefit of the
group.
